We thought long and hard whether to stay in Rome or outside. Now we are glad we chose Fiuggi, for as much as we enjoyed Rome, we were happy to have somewhere clean, cool and comfortable to ‘come home’ to.

As well as Rome we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Pompeii and our day at Terracina beach.
This holiday surely had something for everyone, to our surprise our two teenagers enjoyed themselves a lot.
Highlights were the Coliseum, Sistine Chapel, St..Peters Basilica (climb the dome) Pompeii-well worth 2 hour journey, La Grotta restaurant- very friendly and reasonable.
All in all, a great holiday. We would definitely like to come back one day.
Thanks Dorothy and Biagio for your warm hospitality and helpful advice.

We can not thank you enough for making us feel so comfortable in an unfamiliar land. .
Most of all we would like to thank you for giving us a wonderful home for our trip.
The apartment was perfect, clean, reasonably priced and convenient to Rome. We have recommended your apartment to many of my colleagues.
When travelling to a foreign land it would be impossible to find a better facility.
Thank again for your hospitality. If anyone has concerns about renting the apartment, I would be happy to send a letter of endorsement.

Our family spent a month in Italy and our week-long stay in Fiuggi was the highlight of our trip. The beautiful setting of this lovely apartment, its gardens and the view were delightful.
We could not have imagined two more warm, caring and helpful hosts than Dorothy and Biagio. They supplied us with a generous package of information that included the history of this town and the beautiful area surrounding it, the bus and train station schedules that would take us into Rome, the best restaurants, shopping etc. They shared delicious produce from their gardens, conversations and helpful hints for touring the area.
We loved the town of Fiuggi and the spa grounds were magical. We all agreed that the amazing forest and gardens of the spa would be one of the first places we would return to when we come back to Italy in the future..
And without hesitation, we would make our home with Dorothy and Biagio in their wonderful apartment on the hillside Our family had a great time catching the train into Rome and visiting the amazing sights of this grand city but we were so happy to come home at the end of the day, to our peaceful bit of heaven on the hillside.
Both our boys, ages 16 and 18 at the time of our visit, said that Fiuggi was their favourite part of the trip, the apartment the best accommodation of our holiday and the place they would want to return to. We were amazed as these two boys never agree on anything!
We would highly recommend renting this apartment and enjoying the warm hospitality of Dorothy and Biagio in this beautiful town.

We just returned from a 3 week stay in Italy. Our time in Fiuggi and the surrounding area was absolutely fantastic. The Ciocaria area is beautiful (Probably similar to Tuscany before tourists discovered it), and a convenient location. Close enough to experience Rome, but far enough to get away from the City. The apartment was perfect. There was plenty of
space for the three of us, and Dorothy is a wonderful host. Their conversations, recommendations and fresh vegetables from their garden were a nice touch!

We stayed in Fiuggi for approx. 10 days in this apartment. We had a great time and this was in no small part to the quality of the accommodation and the warm welcome we received from our hosts. The apartment was very
comfortable and close to walk to town. The garden was fantastic and it was really pleasant to relax in the afternoon.

We travelled high to Monte Livata on a few occasions and found the scenery stunning. All in all we had a great holiday. Thanks Dorothy and Biagio

Dear Dorothy and Biagio,

Thank you for making us so welcome, you couldn't have made our stay more enjoyable, thank you for all of your advice with your help we managed to see far more than we had planned.
Only one regret, we didn't stay long enough in Fiuggi! There is so much to see and Rome is so convenient, we had a fantastic day in Pompeii but unfortunately the week passed too quickly,
We hope to be back again for a longer vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Dorothy and Biagio and the hospitality was exactly as it should be for a perfect holiday - just the right blend of helpfulness coupled with a sense of 'privacy'.

The vegetables from the garden were a wonderful addition to our 'al fresco' dining in the evenings when we were not visiting one of the many local restaurants!

We have no hesitation in recommending Dorothy and Biagio to spend time with if fortunate enough to be visiting the Fiuggi area.

Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome in your apartment and comfortable being in Fuigi and Italy !
Your husband was so generous with his tomatoes and cucumbers. My wife Ceri, absolutely loves them fresh from the vine.
We seemed to do so much re: sightseeing and with your help, saw much more than we would otherwise.
I won’t say too much about your property other than that it is large, very comfortable and well maintained. It sits on an extra large plot with fine views to the mountains beyond.
.I enjoyed so much sitting in the Gazebo of a morning, taking in the pure air whilst drinking my coffee.
Once again, thank you so much for the trouble you went to regarding our friend and his medical problem.
Your help, advice and assistance made all the difference during what was a stressful time for us all
I am sure you will be pleased to know that he is doing well now.
With best wishes and kindest regards to you both.
